We recommend to avoid food 2 hours prior to the class, and to wear comfortable clothing to allow your body some movement.Yelena's classes are a unique blend of breathwork, meditation, gentle and conscious movement with a sacred sound immersion. Yelena pulls from deep rooted healing traditions to curate classes meant to bring us into a deep state of inner stillness, self awareness and deep introspective healing. Yelena recently relocated from California, where she had her teacher’s training at Golden Bridge Yoga. She lead sadhana at the same location and taught classes at Follow Your Heart Community center (Canoga Park) for the past 10 years. Her classes are for any level of experience. Expect a meditation, a breath work and a sound bath with a gong in each class. Everything you need is provided for you. Please, arrive on time to honor the sacred space.
