Is CitySpace ADA accessible?

CitySpace is an accessible venue from street level to the theater, the lobby and the restrooms. For patrons with wheelchairs, walkers or other walking aids, please contact us in advance and we will reserve an accessible space near the aisle for you and your guests.

Where should I park?

Accepted Answer

Metered spots are available on various streets in the surrounding area. Parking is also available at the Essex Street Garage and Agganis Arena lot. Parking may not be guaranteed for every event. Please contact BU Parking & Transportation Services for the most up-to-date parking information.

Question 3

Can I use public transportation?

Accepted Answer

CitySpace is easily accessible by public transportation. The B branch of the MBTA Green Line stops right in front of our venue. Once on the Green Line, CitySpace is located at 890 Comm. Ave. at the corner of St. Paul St. The T stop is Amory Street.

Question 4

When should I arrive?

Accepted Answer

CitySpace opens 1 hour before the event starts. Theater doors open 30 minutes before the event starts.  Premier ticket holders are guaranteed a reserved seat in the front rows until 10 minutes before the event. All other tickets are general admission, so arrive early to secure the best seats.

Will there be food and drink available?

Accepted Answer

Our concessions booth opens 30 minutes to one hour prior to the event start time and serves snacks, beer, wine, water and soft drinks.  Cheese and wine samples will be served after this event.
