We will pair a beautiful Italian Trebbiano dry white wine with Spring Berry Garden Salad: Arugula and buttered lettuce, strawberries, blueberries, pepitas, radish, cucumber ribbons, candied lemon cubes, and feta cheese. Topped with a blueberry thyme emulsion dressing;
an Italian Barbera dry red wine with Grilled Pork ChopsGrilled pork chop topped with a red cabbage puree. Served with mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus;
and finally dessert - our special dessert wine Sweet Freedom celebrating the USA 250 Anniversary and pairing with Vanilla Cream Fruit TartsVanilla tarts topped with kiwi, blueberries and oranges.
