Overview

The Body Knows How to Heal is a 2-hour experiential workshop introducing practical, nervous-system–based tools for trauma healing.

Grounded in modern neuroscience and somatic practices, this workshop helps participants understand how trauma lives in the body—and how regulation, safety, and resilience can be restored from the inside out.

Through guided practices, simple education, and gentle self-inquiry, participants will learn accessible tools to calm the nervous system, increase body awareness, and support natural healing processes.

No prior experience required.
