An elegant, plant-based Mother’s Day brunch celebrating women with nourishing and artful cuisine.

Celebrate Mother’s Day with a thoughtfully curated plant-based dining experience by Chef Empress of Empress Eats, where flavor, intention, and artistry come together seamlessly. Each course is crafted with fresh, whole ingredients, thoughtfully prepared to nourish the body while maintaining a light, balanced, and naturally alkaline approach to dining. Designed as a moment to slow down, connect, and honor the women we love, this experience invites guests to savor each bite in a warm and elevated setting.

About the Meal:

Guests can expect three courses and a signature cocktail plus alcoholic digestif included in their ticket. Guests who prefer NAs can enjoy 2 non alcoholic beverages instead.

Course 1 - Crisp Kale Salad: kale and arugula, shaved carrots, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, thin sliced onions, house vinaigrette

Course 2 - The Empress Brunch Plate: golden waffle with crispy oyster mushrooms, powdered sugar, fresh strawberries and blueberries. Served with cheesy quinoa grits, sautéed mushrooms, and peppers.

Course 3 - Strawberry Shortcake Roll: soft sweet roll, strawberry filling, vanilla glaze, strawberry crunch

About the Chef:

Chef Empress, founder of Empress Eats, has been rooted in plant-based living from the very beginning. A lifelong vegan, she began exploring the kitchen at the age of eight, growing a deep passion for both health and flavor.

Today, her work reflects a thoughtful balance of nourishment, creativity, and elevated comfort cuisine, with every dish made with intention and love.
