Renew & Nourish: A Movement & Nutrition Workshop

Join us for a workshop focused on holistic well-being through movement and nutrition!
Start the day by energizing your body with a Pilates-inspired strength workout. We will focus on building core strength, improving flexibility, and boosting posture using bodyweight and minimal equipment. This workout is suitable for all fitness levels.
After our movement session, we will transition into a nutrition & wellness talk. You will learn practical strategies to fuel your body and mind, improve energy levels, and make healthier choices that fit into your busy life.
This workshop is hosted by a passionate team:
- Stefani, a Certified Nutritionist and Former Professional Figure Skater, National Medalist, and International Competitor
Together, they will guide you on a journey to cultivate a healthier relationship with your body and food.
