This experience creates a space for real conversation, reflection, and growth—addressing the pressures, expectations, and challenges many men carry without support. Through structured dialogue and practical engagement, participants will be introduced to the R.E.A.L. Framework:

Led by Douglas M. Reed, retired First Sergeant and mental health advocate, this experience goes beyond motivation. It provides practical tools and a clear standard for men who are ready to lead themselves and build a stronger future.
