What to Expect

Heart-Centered Connection Workshop

We’ll begin with a guided workshop focused on opening the heart and creating deeper connection. Through gentle prompts, shared reflection, and simple practices, you and your mother will have the opportunity to see, hear, and feel one another in a new way.

Sacred Craft Experience

You’ll create a meaningful keepsake together—infused with intention, love, and the energy of your connection. This piece will serve as a reminder of the time you shared and the bond you continue to nurture.

Restorative Sound Bath

We will close with a deeply relaxing sound bath meditation, allowing you both to rest side by side as healing frequencies wash over you. This is a time to integrate, restore, and simply be—held in a field of peace and love.

Tea & Gentle Nourishment

A selection of warm tea will be provided to support grounding, comfort, and connection throughout the experience.
