Join us for an intimate evening of culinary exploration at the first installment in a new chef-driven dining series at Margaux.

On Tuesday, May 19th, experience a thoughtfully crafted five-course dinner that reinterprets classic French cuisine through a modern lens. This exclusive event highlights the creativity, technique, and passion of Margaux’s culinary team, offering a closer look at the artistry behind each dish.

The evening begins with a reimagined French 75 and unfolds through a seasonal tasting menu designed to balance tradition with innovation. With limited seating, this experience is designed to feel personal, immersive, and distinctly refined.

Menu

  • Welcome Beverage: French 75 Reimagined - Gin, lemon, lavender syrup, butterfly tea, faire le fete
  • 1st Course: Tuna Tartare Niçoise – Ahi tuna, haricot vert, niçoise olives, potato nest, quail egg, cherry tomato slices, lemon, bocarones, frisee, niçoise vinaigrette
  • 2nd Course: Brûléed Foie Gras Torchon – Natural raw sugar brûléed torchon, foie spice, brioche toast, apple jam, Toschi cherry syrup, maldon
  • 3rd Course: “Bouillabaisse” – Tomato water, clams, mussels, shrimp, seabass, fennel fondant, blistered cherry tomatoes, fried parsley
  • 4th Course: Deconstructed Boeuf Bourguignon – Braised & fried short rib, caramelized pearl onions, roasted Thumbelina carrot, celeriac puree, bacon lardon, seared mushrooms, red wine jus
  • 5th Course: Vertical Tarte au Citron – lemon curd, pate a sable, dried meringue, raspberry coulis, raspberry powder
