Do I need to be on time?

We ask guests to check in with their host 15 minutes before the event start time so we can start as close to 7pm as possible. If you arrive after the event has started it is at the discretion of the host whether or not you can participate. Please be on time.

Are there refunds?

All tickets are non-refundable. If you need to cancel please give us 24 hours advanced notice via email at support@singleandthecity.com and we can offer you a credit to a future event of your choice of the same value.

Do I have to be the exact age to participate?

People are paying to meet people within this age range so we'd strongly suggest to adhere to the event criteria within 2-3 years max.
