Step into a deeply restorative and special offering designed to calm the mind, reset the nervous system, and reconnect you with a sense of clarity and joy.Led by Gianna Biscontini—founder of Expanded Modern Health and psychedelic therapist—this immersive experience weaves together guided breathwork, theta-state meditation, and a live Soundbath by Dante Baker—all unfolding simultaneously.As you’re guided into theta brainwave states, the mind becomes more receptive and allows for deeper emotional processing, insight, and access to what sits beneath the surface of everyday thinking. Rather than experiencing a meditation and Soundbath separately, the sound is interwoven throughout the journey, helping you drop in more quickly and go significantly deeper.This layered approach enhances the entire experience—supporting a more profound nervous system reset, stronger integration, and a lasting sense of clarity and lightness.This is more than relaxation—it’s a space to release mental clutter, reconnect with yourself, and return feeling more present, clear, and aligned.Doors open at 7:30pm and the experience will begin promptly at 7:45pm. Dress comfortably and bring a water bottle.
