Elemental Rhythm 3rd Sunday Dance: May 17

Step into a space where sound becomes medicine and your body becomes the instrument.

This ecstatic dance is an invitation to experience music as a healing force—something that moves through you, clears you, awakens you. Through rhythm, vibration, and movement, you’ll soften out of the mind and into the intelligence of your body, where emotion, energy, and expression are free to flow.

We begin in circle with guided vocal toning, using the power of your own voice to open the body, regulate the nervous system, and attune to the collective field. From there, you’ll be carried through a five rhythms-inspired dance journey—moving through waves of energy that invite release, activation, expansion, and freedom.

We close the evening with a grounding sound healing experience, allowing the body to integrate, soften, and receive.

This is for anyone ready to feel, release, and remember the medicine that lives within you.

6:00 pm — Doors open: social time

6:45 pm — Doors lock: opening circle + vocal toning

7:00 pm — Ecstatic dance begins

8:30 pm — Closing circle + sound healing
