HUD-certified Homebuyer Education Course, featuring a variety of industry experts and panelists!

This HUD-certified course provides an in-depth understanding of the steps in the home buying process. Our industry professionals and panels of experts will cover topics including: Pros/Cons of Homeownership, Money Management, Understanding Credit, Home Financing, Shopping for a Home and much more!

This course satisfies lender and down payment assistance program requirements for a HUD-Certified Homebuyer Education class. Certificates are issued upon completion (must attend entire course to obtain a certificate).

Is this class held in person or online?

This class will be in person. You can find us at 2800 N Hampton Rd, Dallas TX 75212.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Even though this is an online course, we will ask for your participation and undivided attention. Please arrange for childcare prior to attending, if necessary.

The $30 class fee is non-refundable.
