No! You can come to as many or as few as you have time for. Having 4 sessions helps build community and enables us to get to know each other - but there is no need to come to all of them!

Do I need to be a writer?

Accepted Answer

NO! At love and rage, we resist the idea that people are good and bad at writing. We embrace writing as an act of healing - and a creative way to process trauma.

Question 4

Do I need to share my writing?

Accepted Answer

No! Everything at love and rage sessions, from introducing yourself to reading your work, is only there if you would like to participate - there is never any pressure!
