Whiskey & Cheese with Widow Jane and Oh La Vache!

Join Women Who Whiskey LBC as we learn all about Widow Jane whiskey, and taste through five carefully selected cheese pairings!

Join us for an elevated evening of whiskey and cheese pairing, thoughtfully curated to delight the senses! Together with our talented partners at the women-owned and operated Oh La Vache Cheese Shop, we've done the hard labor of finding *juuuust* the right cheese to pair with these exceptional whiskies. And the masters of fromage will be on hand to provide all the curd-nerd education you desire.

Speaking of whiskey, we're showcasing Widow Jane! They're known for sourcing some of the finest barrels of Straight Bourbon and Rye across the country. Each expression is hand-assembled in the Red Hook neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York, non chill-filtered, and proofed with their signature limestone mineral water from the legendary Rosendale Mines of Upstate New York. They also distill weekly in Red Hook using premium non-GMO ingredients, including their unique Baby Jane corn varietal, carefully cultivated over time.

We’re also thrilled to welcome one of our favorite humans, Paul Masterson, who will guide us through the tasting and share his expertise and passion for Widow Jane’s exceptional whiskeys.

And finally, we are especially excited to partner with Alder & Sage, a women-owned Long Beach gem, whose beautiful space allows us to expand our event capacity for this experience! Good thing, too, because this one always sells out fast.
