This Mother's Day, give yourself - or someone you love -the gift of stillness. Arrive early to allow for street parking.

Join us for an intimate 75-minute wellness experience designed for mothers, mother figures, and anyone who spends their days pouring into others and deserves a moment to receive. In a world that rarely tells caregivers to slow down, this is your permission slip.

Guided by Dr Candace of Needle & Leaf Acupuncture Co. and Vanessa Hernandez of Regulation House, this event weaves together two powerful healing modalities — breathwork and sound healing, to help you release tension, settle your nervous system, and return to yourself.

What to Expect: You'll be guided through intentional breathwork to help release what you've been carrying, followed by a deeply restorative 432Hz crystal bowl sound bath designed to quiet the mind and invite true rest. No experience necessary; this space is open to all levels and all bodies.

Event Flow:

• 🕯️ Arrival & Welcome -15 minutes
• 🌬️ Guided Breathwork + Sound Bath - 60 minutes
• Regroup -15 minutes

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat
• Blanket
• Anything that supports your comfort (pillow, eye mask, cozy socks, a journal — you deserve it)

Optional Childcare Available:

We see you, mama. Limited on-site childcare is available for potty-trained children at $25 per child, with a maximum of 7 spots. A liability waiver is required prior to participation. Details to be confirmed upon registration.
