Slow down. Exhale. Begin again. If your week leaves you feeling overstimulated, depleted, or like you’ve been holding it all together for everyone else… this space was created for you. Sunday Reset is a deeply restorative, nervous system-focused experience designed to help you release built-up stress, soften out of survival mode, and reconnect with a sense of calm, grounded presence. This is less about movement…and more about allowing your body to receive. What You’ll Experience<ul><li>Guided meditation to settle and anchor your mind</li><li>Nervous system-focused breathwork</li><li>Reiki energy support to encourage deep relaxation</li><li>Immersive sound to help your body unwind and release</li><li>Gentle, minimal movement to support comfort (no yoga experience needed)</li></ul> You’ll spend most of this experience resting, supported, and held—not pushing or performing. This is for you if:<ul><li>You’re constantly “on” and don’t know how to turn it off</li><li>You feel emotionally or mentally drained by the end of the week</li><li>You have a hard time slowing down, even when you want to</li><li>You’re craving deep rest—not just another class</li></ul> Event Details Sunday, May 31:00–2:00 PMThe Harbor Community Center Doors open at 12:45pm. Space is intentionally limited to maintain an intimate, supportive environment. Most of us don’t need more to do.We need space to finally stop holding everything together.This is that space.
