Scentred Soul Women’s Circle

You are invited to gather in circle to cultivate connection, personal power and encouraging you to move from your head and into being fully present in your body. The intention of this session is to anchor you into your Power.

In the women’s circles, you can expect the following to happen:

· Warm, welcoming energy

· A safe, non-judgmental space to share your truth.

· Guided emotional release, sacred rituals, and soulful conversations.

· Moments of stillness, sisterhood, and deep inner nourishment.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, connected, and more like yourself than ever before.

In each session we will sit in a sacred circle:

Including some of the following depending on the topic and time of moon cycle

· Exploring how Essential Oil blends can help you to anchor and feel more grounded with your intentions,

· setting of boundaries & self-care.

· Healing reiki being infused in the room for each attendee

· Meditation & the opportunity to journal

· Connection & conversation

· Herbal tea or Cacao
