Sound bath with gongs, singing bowls & breathwork. Relax deeply as waves of sound guide you into meditation in an intimate home temple space

Join us for a two-hour immersive journey into deep relaxation and expanded awareness through sacred sound.Using large gongs, crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, drums, and breathwork, we will begin by gently centering the body and calming the mind. As the session unfolds, waves of sound move through the room, helping the nervous system settle and the brain shift into slower, more meditative states of consciousness.Participants often report a sense of deep calm, emotional release, or vivid inner imagery as the body entrains to the resonance of the instruments.This session will feature a five-foot sound creation gong—one of the largest gongs in the DC-Maryland-Virginia region—alongside a variety of supporting instruments that create a rich field of vibration and tone.Our Chinatown home temple has been lovingly created as a sanctuary for meditation, ritual, and healing arts, and we are honored to share it with you for this experience.Please arrive 15 minutes early, as late admission will not be possible once the journey begins.Please note that hypoallergenic animals may be present, and incense or candles may be used as part of the ceremonial atmosphere.Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to sit, lie down, or relax easily during the experience.
