The Psychology of Flowers: A Pressed Flower Workshop
A calming, hands-on workshop exploring the psychology of flowers through pressed botanicals, creativity, and meaningful connection.
Join us for an intimate and thoughtfully curated evening centered around creativity, connection, and the quiet beauty of flowers.
Hosted by Hafsa Lewis, this two-hour experience invites guests to explore The Psychology of Flowers—a lens through which we understand how botanicals influence emotion, memory, and human connection. Through a guided introduction and hands-on instruction, you’ll learn the art of working with pressed flowers, including composition, color balance, and storytelling through natural materials.
Guests will then move into a relaxed creative session, designing their own pressed flower cards using a curated selection of pre-pressed blooms. This portion of the evening is intentionally unhurried, allowing space for personal expression, conversation, and a deeper connection to the materials.
Set in a calm, beautifully styled environment, this workshop is designed to be both grounding and inspiring—perfect for anyone looking to slow down and engage in a meaningful, tactile experience.
Light refreshments will be served. No prior experience is necessary.
Each guest will leave with a handcrafted pressed flower card, created by them, to gift or keep as a lasting reminder of the evening.
