What ages are welcome at THE WYKEND 2026?

Any student entering 6th grade in the fall of 2026, through graduating seniors in the spring of 2026, are invited.

Question 2

Since it's not an overnight camp, what are the hours of THE WYKEND for each day?

Thursday, July 17: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Friday, July 18: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Saturday, July 19: Students will attend our 9:00 AM and/or 10:30 AM church services together as the final part of the weekend experience.

My child has some dietary sensitivities or allergies - will there be accommodations for those?

Yes. Please list any dietary needs during registration, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

Question 4

What meals are provided for the students?

Meals and snacks will be provided throughout THE WYKEND. Students can expect simple camp-style favorites such as pizza, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, chips, drinks, and sweets throughout the weekend. Specific meal details will be communicated closer to the event.

Is there a dress code?

There’s no formal dress code. Students should wear comfortable, casual clothing that they can move in, while keeping attire appropriate and respectful for a church environment.

My child has a special need - what accommodations are available for him/her?

We want every student to feel safe and included. Please let us know during registration if your child needs additional support, and our team will do our best to provide appropriate accommodations.

Question 7

Can students come and go throughout the sessions if they can't be there the whole time?

We ask that students stay for the full sessions so they can fully participate in the experience. If there are scheduling conflicts, please let our team know in advance and we’ll do our best to work with you.

Are parents expected to participate?  Or are they welcome to, if they want?

Parents are not expected to participate, as THE WYKEND is designed for students. However, parents are welcome during check-in, pick-up, and any designated moments if they’d like to be involved.

Question 9

What security and medical precautions are on site for summer camp?

We have trained staff, a structured check-in/check-out system, and first aid available on site. Parents will be contacted if any medical needs arise.

Question 10

My child cannot come from all three days, can they still join?

Accepted Answer

Yes, students can still participate even if they can only attend part of THE WYKEND. We encourage full attendance for the best experience, but partial participation is allowed.

Question 11

Is there a reduced rate if my student cannot be there the whole time?

The registration fee is a flat rate of $50 per student for THE WYKEND, regardless of whether they attend all or part of the event.

Question 12

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

All registrations for THE WYKEND are non-refundable. Because costs are committed in advance for food, materials, and staffing, we are unable to issue refunds for cancellations or non-attendance.

Question 13

Can my student carry their own medicine if they need it throughout the day?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If your student needs medication during THE WYKEND, they may carry and self-administer it as needed. Please make sure all medications are clearly labeled and noted during registration so our team is aware and can support appropriately.
