What should I bring?

BYO yoga mat and/or towel, water and any props you like to practice with. In the cooler months, layers are advised. In the warmer months, sunblock/bug spray can be helpful. Please remember to clean up after class. We like to leave the park better than we found it.

Question 2

What if the weather changes?

We'll notify you ahead of time. We aim to give a minimum of 2 hours notice. Keep an eye on your email in case there are any weather or location adjustments. If we need to cancel class, you will receive a class credit on your account to be used at any future date of your choosing. Classes everyday.

Question 3

Do I need to be experienced?

Not at all! Students of all levels join us in the park, including beginners and seasoned practitioners. Our yoga classes are designed for all skill levels and bodies

Question 4

How often does Prospect Park Yoga host class?

Accepted Answer

We host class everyday. Mondays-Thursdays we have class at 6:30pm. Friday morning class is 8:15am and Saturday and Sundays we host at 9:15am and 11am. Our season generally runs mid-April through the end of October.
