Berkeley Art Center's Open Center: AIR Open Studios
Join BAC on Saturdays for an opportunity to meet our Open Center artist-in-residence and learn more about their creative processes!
OPEN CENTER: AIR OPEN STUDIOS
SATURDAYS, APRIL 18, April 25, May 2 // 2- 4 PM
As part of our Open Center initiative, BAC invites you to join us each Saturday for Open Studios—an opportunity to step inside the creative processes of our April Artists-in-Residence (AIR): Jillian Crochet, Sabina Shanti Karia, Dawline-Jane Oni-Eseleh, and Natalie Palms.
During these informal, drop-in sessions, visitors are welcome to engage directly with the artists, explore works in progress, and experience the gallery as a living, evolving studio space. Each week offers a unique glimpse into how these artists respond to BAC’s environment, resources, and the surrounding natural and cultural landscape. Open Studios are a chance to connect, ask questions, exchange ideas, and witness how art unfolds in real time. Whether you stay for a few minutes or the full afternoon, we invite you to be part of this shared space for creativity, dialogue, and community.
Free and open to all. Donations are welcome!
RSVP appreciated but not required
