Come on in, guys! WIT is hosting a Survivor themed show, featuring special guests Alex Moore from Season 49 and Bianca Roses from Season 48.
Come on in, guys! WIT is hosting a Survivor themed show, featuring special guests Alex Moore from Season 49 and Bianca Roses from Season 48. Drop your buffs, because it's a merge of one of America's greatest reality TV shows (less than 2 weeks before the big Season 50 finale) with some of DC's best improv comedians. Hear about Alex and Bianca's experience on the island and off (and possibly even listen to them spill some immuni-tea), before our improvisers dig deep to turn their stories into comedic gold. Now that's a reward worth playing for!
Alex Moore:Alex Moore is a Capitol Hill staffer by day and a reality TV survivor (literally) by night. He currently works for U.S. Representative Jan Schakowsky (IL-09) as her Senior Advisor/Communications Director, but is most widely known for competing on Survivor Season 49, where he overcame a disastrous tribe, leaned hard on his social game, and made it to 9th place without getting voted out early (a win, honestly). A graduate of Northwestern University, Alex studied Journalism and Political Science and is a proud native of Evanston, IL. He’s spent the last five years living in Washington, where you can usually find him bouncing around 14th Street on a Saturday night. He’s still in search of the city’s best rooftop bar, so recommendations are always welcome. Photo credit: Robert Voets/CBS
Bianca Roses:Bianca Roses is the founder of Roses PR, a boutique PR agency for tech startups. She was also a contestant on Survivor Season 48, but she's much better at her job than she was at Survivor. Bianca advises tech startups and apps you know and use every day, and her work has helped companies go public, get acquired, and achieve “wait, I know that brand” status. She is extremely proud of being very loud, very Italian American, and very from New Jersey.
Cast: Alex Wilkinson, Christina Dabney, Erick Acuña, John Carroll, Jordana Mishory, Kaelan Fleury, Kristina Martinez, Krystal Ali, Madeline Dozier, Samiyyah Ali
ABOUT WIT
WIT shows are perfect for a date night, out-of-towners visiting, or just something new and spontaneous to do. All for just $20.
For 25 years, Washington Improv Theater's experienced teams of improv comedians have taken a simple suggestion or story from an audience member and turned it into a never-before-seen comedy show. And because every performance is based on an audience suggestion, that night's show will never happen again! Our homegrown talent has gone on to SNL, The Daily Show, HBO's Insecure and The White Lotus, and more!
Accessible pricing
For those who experience cost as a barrier, a limited number of affordable pricing tickets are available using the code AFFORDABLE. Currently enrolled college students can get discounted tickets with the code COLLEGESTUDENT (be prepared to show student ID).
