A Mindset Summer Camp with Coach Michelle on Zoom! Deepen resilience, navigate challenges and increase self-confidence through stories!

The objective of this camp is to help your kids navigate unexpected challenges or disappointments, handle making mistakes in constructive ways, manage their emotions and feel more confident to make healthy choices!
As children better understand where their emotions come from, how their thinking impacts how they feel and how to shift from limiting/negative thoughts into supporting/positive thoughts, true magic happens!

Resilience Week takes place on Zoom at the same link each day, Monday through Friday, 10-11:30am Central Time. There will be short breaks to use the restroom or grab a snack.
As a certified life coach for kids through the Adventures in Wisdom™ (AIW) program, I love helping children feel safer in their bodies and better understand their minds! The AIW program includes a story-based curriculum. Each day of camp will feature one of the stories and your children will be introduced to characters who face some of the same obstacles that they do. Your kids will love my colorful puppets and visual aids! Stories are a powerful way to learn abstract concepts and new principles. Group discussion helps kids identify the lesson. Our writing and arts activities help them to apply the lessons to themselves. A fun craft get their imagination and hands going! Group games will get everyone interacting and having a fun time!
I'm a mom of six kids, as well, so I understand the challenges that parents face in guiding their children through life. I have 23 years of experience mentoring children and can't wait to share my natural ease and raport with your children and help them feel right at home in our virtual classroom!
By the end of the week, your children can feel more at ease about their emotional experience, have better strategies for expressing their needs, and have a greater appreciation for their amazing brain and magnificent nervous system!
"I observed my youngest being able to manage her emotions better. She still uses the finger tapping to calm herself. She also will remind me of different lessons she learned (recently the 5 l's). My oldest is very shy and was nervous about being in a group of kids that she didn't know. However, everytime I looked in she was smiling and interacting with the other kids in class! Your class really helped her to be more comfortable in a group with new kids. She really liked the stories you told, and enjoyed the puppets."
