The Chicago Latino Theater Alliance (CLATA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Arts & Cultural organization, committed to incite, foster, and showcase thought provoking Latino theater artists, primarily in Chicago, to preserve cultural heritage, inspire a cross-cultural audience, and create more equitable representation and access to funding for Latinos in theater. CLATA produces the annual Destinos: Chicago International Latino Theater Festival, and “Destinos al Aire”.

Rodriguez and directed by Xavier M. Custodio at Collaboraction Theatre._________________________________________Manny is poised to be the next Latin urban music star and the first gay reggaetonero to be signed at a major label. While he soundchecks his show at a small club in Miami, a series of events threatens his ascent and forces Manny to confront his own ideas of family relationships, manhood, and Latinidad. Through his songs and actions, we witness in real time what he could be and what he isn't quite yet.
