Where are you located?

We are inside Manassas Mall. If you park near Ihop and enter the mall. Take a right at Billy Beez. We are in the corner next to Floor & Decor. Our business is Family Legacy Fitness.

Question 2

What if I have small children?

Accepted Answer

We are family focused. So please bring them with you. Strollers are welcome. We have coloring sheets at the front. I recommend bring an activity they love. During days where kids are home from school, you can bring them to do family fitness challenges together.

Question 3

Is the workout too intense?

Accepted Answer

You can go at your own pace. We give time for your choice workout so you can explore the training and focus on your goals. We also have educational time where we teach you new ways to train.
