Overview

Celebrate America’s 250th birthday surrounded by nature, community, and song.

Music in the Garden features four talented local artists—including the beloved Crabettes—bringing an afternoon of live performances to this beautiful outdoor setting.

With open‑lawn seating and plenty of space to spread out, guests are encouraged to bring a picnic lunch and enjoy a relaxed day in the garden. Fun for all ages includes hands‑on crafts for the kids and a chance to enter a raffle to win a patriotic planter.

The Savannah Botanical Gardens offer a peaceful escape into nature just minutes from the heart of the city. Visitors can wander through lush themed gardens, a tranquil pond, shaded walking trails, and the historic Reinhard House—all lovingly maintained by dedicated volunteers. Located along the Truman Linear Park Trail, the Gardens connect beautifully with one of Savannah’s most scenic multi‑use paths, welcoming walkers, runners, and cyclists alike. Operated by the Savannah Area Council of Garden Clubs, the Gardens are a community‑supported non‑profit, sustained through memberships, donations, and volunteer efforts. Open to all, the Savannah Botanical Gardens continue to grow as a cherished green sanctuary for residents and visitors alike.

All proceeds support the Savannah Botanical Gardens, making this celebration not only joyful but meaningful for our community.
