Originally from Japan and based in LA; She is a professional in sake and shochu education and serves as the Vice President of the Sake School of America (SSA),  where she oversees the operations and academic standards.

Where is this event, and what's parking like?

This event is put on by Milkfarm, and will be held at Forage restaurant in Silverlake. Honestly, parking over there can be pretty rough! Street parking only. Metered on Rowena. Please allow yourself some time to find parking or consider taking an Uber or Lyft.

Is this a dinner?

No, this is not a dinner. The event includes 6 sakes, and 3 paired cheeses. Forage is closed for the day, but Blairs (5:30-9:30pm) and Edendale (open 5pm-12am) are walking distance.
