Yin + Sound gently engages connective tissues with the aim of increasing blood flow to improve movement and flexibility. This deep stretch journey through intentional movement is supported by an array of yoga props (bolsters, massage balls, straps, etc.), and accompanied by the soothing vibrations

What Should I Wear or Bring?

Students are encouraged to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Bring your Yoga Mat and Water Bottle to class. Water and Mat Rentals are available for purchase.
