Creative Pathways to Mindfulness is an interactive workshop for individuals in recovery and peer support professionals to explore mindfulness through creative expression.We’ll begin with a guided meditation and a brief introduction to mindfulness—what it is, why it matters, and how it can support emotional wellness and recovery. Then, participants will engage in hands-on creative activities such as painting, clay molding, drawing, and journaling—no experience needed!This workshop offers a relaxed, supportive space to try new tools for stress reduction, self-expression, and grounding.🍽️ Light food and beverages will be provided—come early to connect and get settled!✨ Free and open to all ✨ Approved for 2 continuing education credits for MDHHS-certified peers (CPRC/CPSS)Come as you are—just bring yourself and a willingness to explore!
