These sessions connect program-level execution with institutional priorities while strengthening strategic decision-making in GME environments. Sessions include: The future of GME leadership evolution; Recruitment strategy; Transparency, and applicant trust; Compliance and governance considerations in selection workflows; Institutional alignment and workforce planning.
Day Two - Applied Operational Mastery & Recruitment Readiness
These interactive modules address branding and compliance in recruitment, aligning program and institutional missions to effectively select and recruit applicants, effective communication and influence across institutional stakeholders and the applicant pool, and scenario-based problem-solving. Interactive modules include: Managing Up & Solving Recruitment Challenges in GME; Recruitment Season Foundations: What information you need and how Thalamus supports setup and organization; Applicant Experience (Human-Centered Design): Scheduling and itineraries that shape transparency, equity, and applicant trust; In-Season Execution: Enabling faculty and running efficient interview days; Post-Season Wrap-Up: Match and APE reporting, WebADS updates, and using data to improve next year.
