Graduation Cap Decorating Open Studio workshop in Montgomery County, Md.
Want to turn your graduation cap into a work of art? We’re here to help with all the supplies — including bedazzling gems and tools!
Hey, seniors! Want to turn your plain graduation cap into a work of art before the big ceremony?
We’re here to help with a huge selection of stickers, cardstock, paper, paint markers, ribbon, rhinestones, felt, buttons, washi tape, adhesives and more. For the bedazzling fans out there, we’ll have tons of gems and all the necessary tools so you can bedazzle a logo, plus lots of expertise to share.
If you’ve got elements you want to add (photos, stickers or logos from your college, etc.), bring those along. When you register, we’ll ask you what colors you plan to use so we have plenty of materials on hand.
Important: You do NOT need to have your graduation cap to participate. We will provide a base for you to decorate and tips for attaching it to your mortarboard. We’ll have some sample caps so you can see how it will look. If you do have your cap, bring it along. Please check your school’s guidelines on cap decorating before you come!
Grab a group of friends to make one more high school memory together.
