ASC Fast is a group personal training session that improves speed, explosiveness, endurance, and athleticism.These workouts include sprints and plyometrics to increase speed and explosiveness, intervals to boost endurance, and functional movements to improve core strength and athleticism.Pricing and Discounts: ASC Fast costs $40 for one session.
