Join Arlington Sports Conditioning (ASC) on Tuesday, May 19th at 6pm for a special outdoor workout at The Plaza at Mason Square. Space is limited.The workout will include a variety of functional exercises, athletic movements, and drills to improve your strength, conditioning, and overall athleticism.As Arlington's #1 outdoor workout program for more than 10 years, ASC has helped thousands of local residents get faster, stronger, and fitter.
