Who can we contact I we are running late or can't find your location?

Hi, we can be reached anytime from 10am - 8pm EST at (707) 500 - 1811. If we don't answer for any reason, please feel free to also leave a TEXT or Voicemail & will respond to you within 24-48 hours as we are extremely busy during operating hours.

Do you have a grace period for Arrival since this a Non-refundable event?

We allow a 15 min grace period to arrive for your experience you purchased, after 15 mins & we do not receive a call/text/email.  You & your party forfeits your ticket's & the money you paid; we take are experiences seriously plus are time is valuable.

Can I bring 4 - 8 Guest on the One purchased ((2 for 1)) Coupon I bought through Eventbrite?

** "2 for 1" Coupon Policy
A "2 for 1" ticket covers exactly two people (one paid participant and one guest). Please do not arrive with additional guests expecting to use a single coupon; any participants beyond the two included will be charged the standard general admission fee at the counter.

We are located inside of the White Marsh Mall, in Nottingham, MD 21236.  Bottom Floor, Main Entrance between Jcpennys & Boscov's.  Turn right and We're located next to Shoe Depot.
