Summer Solstice Rebirthing & Sound Bath

Revitalize on the longest day of the year with a potent Rebirthing Kriya and epic Six Gong Soundbath.

11:30AM-1:30PM - Solstice Rebirthing

The Summer Solstice holds powerful life-force energy which can recharge the entire being. On this potent threshold, practice a powerful set of breath-work, movement and meditation from Kundalini Yoga to have cathartic release and revitalize at the deepest level. “Rebirthing Kriyas” renew the mind, body and spirit from the burdens of subconscious weight and support participants to feel resourced, vibrant and free. Reclaim your light in this transcendent workshop.

Pack a picnic lunch or enjoy the light snacks provided between events - rest on picnic benches in the meadow, wander the EarthStar land and visit sacred sites during the 45 minute break.

2:15PM-4:15PM - Meditation & Six Gong Sound Bath

Align your inner vitality with the light of our sun during a special meditation on the Summer Solstice. Then integrate and restore through an extended sound-bath savasana. Rest in the resonance of six gongs vibrating inside the sacred geometry of the StarHouse. Release emotional blocks, rebalance the nervous system and revitalize your mind, body and spirit to optimize this pinnacle astronomical event.

Gongs: 50” Paiste Symphonic, 36” Paiste Brilliant, 34” Vintage Paiste, 32” Paiste Symphonic, 28” Paite Bronze No. 9 and 21” Gongland Infinity Gongs

No experience necessary. The gong is not recommended for anyone who is pregnant or under 7 year olds. It is not recommended to be intoxicated with any drugs or alcohol during the practice or gong. This is a sober event.

Wear comfy clothes with layers. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and any pillows/cushions that will make you feel comfortable while laying on your back. Bring snacks or a light lunch for in between events.

Some yoga mats, blankets and cushions will be available at the StarHouse.
