Our First Fridays Leadership Team is composed of  Jarrod Wilson, Kassee Lamm,  Denise Mills, Keith Edmonds, Sydney Cale, Wayne Robison, Jenni Kulp Simmons, Jami Thomas and Ethan Stetzel.First Fridays Fort Wayne started in November of 2017 and has grown over the past 8 years to reaching over 2500 leaders in NE Indiana each month.  Our goal is the help people get better.  When individuals get better, their company gets better, and ultimately our community gets better.  We do this in three ways:1.Educate to know.2. This month, we’re honored to welcome Lena Yarian, President of Junior Achievement of Northern Indiana, as our featured speaker.With nearly four decades of experience, Lena has dedicated her career to empowering young people with the skills and confidence they need to succeed. Under her leadership, Junior Achievement of Northern Indiana has expanded its reach significantly - delivering over 190,000 student learning experiences this year alone across northern Indiana and parts of Michigan.Lena’s journey from Program Director to President reflects her deep commitment to education, leadership, and community impact. In addition to her work with Junior Achievement, she actively serves on several local boards, contributing her expertise to initiatives that strengthen our region.At First Fridays, you’ll not only hear Lena’s insights on leadership, growth, and investing in the next generation - you’ll also have the opportunity to connect with fellow professionals, community leaders, and new faces in a welcoming, engaging environment.Don’t miss this chance to learn, connect, and be inspired.
