Through the work of Artists First, attendees will gain insight into inclusive, community-based approaches that foster dignity, connection, and opportunity through artistic practice and creative engagement.The conversation will center on how St. Louis can continue to evolve into a more inclusive and supportive environment for neurodiverse individuals across education, workforce, and community spaces. Key Discussion Points:• The role of creativity in supporting neurodiverse individuals  • Breaking stigma around neurodiversity and mental health in St. Louis  • How Artists First creates inclusive pathways for self-expression and growth  • The connection between creative practice, confidence, and community belonging  • Opportunities for businesses, educators, and community leaders to support neurodiverse inclusion
