But the truth is your regulation matters, too. Your nervous system, your energy, your health - these are not extras. They’re foundational.

We’ll begin with a grounding group mindfulness session to help your body settle and reset. Then, a panel of wellness professionals will share easy, accessible, body-based strategies you can incorporate into daily life to support your own regulation, gut health, circulation, mood, and overall well-being.


Afterward, you’ll have time to explore different wellness experiences and connect with the panelists one-on-one.


Plus, enjoy delicious bites from local eateries and women-owned small businesses - because you deserve to be taken care of, too.
