Overview

Learn introductory plant propagation techniques followed by a guided garden walk to collect cuttings to propagate and take home.

This in person class will demonstrate techniques of plant propagation for home and landscape. Plant propagation is the process of creating new plants. By learning how to propagate plants one already owns, they will be increasing their number of plants while reducing landscaping costs. This lecture in our air-conditioned classroom will cover leaf cuttings, stem cuttings, and root cuttings, followed by a garden walk to gather propagation material. Please bring a hat and water for the garden portion.

$25.00 per individual. Pre-Registration is required for supply purposes.

Payment policy: Pre-registration is required along with the non-refundable class registration fee. All ticket sales are final, no refunds. Walk-ins are not accepted.

Cancellation policy: Classes are subject to cancellation if a minimum number of attendees are not booked. If class is cancelled you will receive a notification, and a refund confirmation to the e-mail that is provided during the registration process. Refunds for class cancellations may take up to 30 days to process if registration fee is paid by cash or check.
