Join us for a Sacred Journey of Sound, Vibration and Guided Meditation with Natalia and Sean Paul

Join us for an afternoon of inner connection, grounding, and gentle realignment.

This collaborative experience begins with a guided meditation led by Sean of Sean Paul Crystal & Sound Bowl Healing, designed to help you slow down, settle into your body, and reconnect with your inner world.

From that space, Natalia of Healing Arts Sound and Yoga, will guide you through a sound bowl and vibrational journey, using vibration and frequency to deepen the experience, helping to release tension, shift stagnant energy, and bring the body and mind into a more balanced state.

As you rest comfortably, you’ll be supported in reconnecting with yourself, creating space for clarity, presence, and a sense of inner calm. This is a space to pause, reset, and realign.

Sound Healing Facilitator, Natalia Curtis R. is the founder of Healing Arts, Sound and Yoga and has been a Reiki Master since 2007, a Certified Kundalini Yoga Level 1 and 2 since 2013, and a Sound and Vibrational Practitioner since 2023

Sean Paul of Sean Paul Crystal & Sound Bowl Healing offers guided meditation, sound, and crystal-based energy work designed to create space for grounding, clarity, and inner realignment. He has been a Reiki Master since 2022 and has been working with sound bowls since 2024.
