As the founder of Irama Valdes, P.A., Ms. Valdes is dedicated to aiding people with end-of-life planning. She serves clients throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Monroe counties. Ms. Valdes also accepts certain family law cases and those involving mental health proceedings. Considering each as members of her own family, Ms. Valdes helps clients develop plans that are tailored to meet their needs and wishes. She guides people in creating wills and trusts, setting up powers of attorney, putting living wills in place, and designating guardians for themselves or their children.Beginning her career as an intern and then as an employee for the Miami-Dade County Probate Court’s Administrative Judge, Ms. Valdes gained valuable knowledge of the processes and procedures related to probate administration, guardianship, and relevant litigation matters. She draws on this experience to achieve prompt resolutions for her clients’ legal issues.Ms. Valdes is also actively involved in the legal community. She currently serves as Vice Chair for the Probate and Guardianship Committee of the Dade County Bar Association.
