We all have an family that are no longer with us physically but in spirit. Their love is just as strong. Their support is just as present. If you are alive and reading this, you have a LONG history of family who loves you. Their wisdom and love can be felt if you intentionally invite them. ♥︎

Where do I park?

Accepted Answer

The Sanctuary is an old house converted into a wellness center. You can enter through the front door that faces 1st street or you can enter through the back door. There is a small parking lot at the back of the house. These spots fill up quickly. You can also park on Mountain View Drive.

What are the Contraindications to the Breathwork?

Epilepsy, Pregnancy, Cardiovascular Disease, Using Prescription Blood Thinners, Schizophrenia, High Blood Pressure, History of Aneurysms, History of Psychosis, History of Strokes, Severe Panic Disorders, History of Strokes...  Please research or reach out if you have further questions or concerns.
