Looking for an engaging and enriching summer experience for your children?
Join us at our Mindfulness Camp for Kids!
Dates: August 12th to August 14th (Wednesday-Thursday-Friday)
Time: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Age Group: 7 to 11 years old
Led by experienced instructors, our camp offers a journey into mindfulness, where kids learn to develop self awareness, focus, gratitude, and resilience. Through a variety of enjoyable activities including yoga, meditation, creative arts, cooking and games. Your child will acquire valuable life skills in a playful and supportive environment.
Our camp operates from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, providing convenience for parents to drop off their children in the morning and pick them up around 3-3:15 pm. Rest assured, all activities are conducted in a secure and nurturing setting, fostering new friendships and personal growth within a caring community.
We provide lunch and snacks for all participants. However, if your child has specific dietary requirements, we kindly ask that you bring their own food.
