This experience is held within the stunning, high-desert landscape of Juniper Preserve, a setting known for its quiet beauty and restorative atmosphere. Surrounded by ancient juniper trees, open skies, and natural stillness, the environment supports a deeper sense of presence and calm.

Classes may take place on the outdoor lawn, within the unique and meditative space of the Ghost Tree Forest, or inside the Wellness Center. Each location offers a peaceful, grounding backdrop that enhances the practice and invites you to fully disconnect from external noise and reconnect within.


What to Expect

Each session weaves together intentional movement (kriya), breathwork (pranayama), mantra, and meditation to support both physical activation and deep restoration.

You are encouraged to arrive as you are. You will leave feeling more centered, clear, and grounded.

All levels are welcome.

As a Senior Experienced Yoga Teacher specializing in Kundalini Yoga, Heather bridges ancient yogic science with modern mental health practices, guiding individuals toward deeper self-awareness and inner wholeness.
