Grab your water bottle and join us for a mid-week pick me up in the form of a high-energy cardio dance class alongside a rocking playlist. Our 🕺 Cardio Dance is designed to shake it out, let it go and move without judgement. Guided by rhythm and feeling, this class invites you to release control, reconnect to your body and uncover new layers of yourself through dance. Our class begins with a warm up, builds into a mix of guided and free movement, fires up with core work and then cools down with a stretch. Bring a friend and come move with us!

*Join barefoot, with grip socks or dance shoes. No experience needed.

Archetype Yoga studio is in an airy loft space located in the heart of the Playhouse Village offering daily yoga classes, workshops and retreats. A studio that is focused on bringing a variety of classes to the schedule and supporting our community on and off the mat.
