How long is the whole experience?

Plan on being in the showroom for 30-60 minutes total. You'll chat with one of our piercers to discuss where you'd like your new piercing, and then you'll choose your jewelry. Once the pieces are sterilized, the whole time for your piercing to take place should be no more than 15 minutes.

If I want two ear piercings to I need to book two time slots?

Nope! Just book one! Our piercers are efficient and can generally do 2-3 within your 15-minute time slot.

What sort of jewelry do the piercers use?

All studs and hoops are made of nickel free 14k gold with titanium posts. There is a wide range of aesthetics and prices.

Can I get an inner ear piercing?

YES! All real estate on your ear is fair game!

Can I get my nose pierced?

ABSOLUTELY! Just give us a heads up so we can make sure that we have enough nose jewelry for you to choose from.

What if the time slot I need is full?

You will be able to be waitlisted for a time slot if one is not available that works for you. However, we plan on having more of these events, so if you'd like, please email shop@porterfi.com and we will give you first dibs for the next one!

Can I bring my child to get their ears pierced?

Yes. All minors MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and must sign the paperwork prior to their piercing appointment.

What is your refund policy?

Your $25 fee to secure your piercing appointment is NON-REFUNDABLE. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Join us on Saturday, May 9th for our semi-annual ear piercing event with Stargazer Fine Jewelry.

It's time for another Ear Piercing Party at the Porterfi Showroom!

Your ticket reserves your 15-minute appointment with one of the professional piercers, and includes the price of a single ear LOBE piercing (jewelry is separate). Upper / inner ear piercings are $35 each (plus jewelry). Any additional piercings will be totaled up during the time of your appointment after you pick your jewelry.

The ticket is NON-REFUNDABLE. Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out your paperwork prior to the appointment.

Tipping your piercer is not a requirement, but is always appreciated. Venmo or cash is preferred.

If you attended our last party and need to downsize your flatback on your piercing post, we will have smaller ones available for $20 a piece during the time of the event.

During the event, all in-stock Porterfi earrings will be 15% off (except for our new arrivals). This is a great time to choose your next earring for when your new piercing heals.

All piercings are done by professional piercers from Columbus, Ohio featuring 14k gold handmade earrings from Stargazer Fine Jewelry. They use sterilized needles (no piercing guns) for a much safer, and smoother experience. The trained staff is highly knowledgeable with many years of experience.

Anyone under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. We apologize but if you are pregnant, our piercers will not be able to pierce your ears at this time.
