Vidhi’s approach to yoga is rooted in the belief that self-love and self-compassion are practices—skills that can be cultivated on the mat and carried into every part of life. She sees yoga as a space to meet yourself honestly, soften where you can, and find alignment that feels supportive rather than forced. In those moments of presence—especially the uncomfortable ones—the body and nervous system learn to become steadier, stronger, more flexible, andmore resilient.Her teaching blends Classical Ashtanga foundations with mindful, intentional movement, always guided by the understanding that every body arrives with its own history and wisdom.
