<h3>Description</h3><p>Explore the German influences on Texas cuisine as you and your small team create four delicious dishes. You&#39;ll want to recreate each one at home after you&#39;ve learned to make warm potato salad; crispy, tender schnitzel; a beer-infused gravy; braised cabbage with apples; and a moist, flavorful fresh apple cake. </p><p>For ages 18 &amp; up. 21 or older? You&#39;ll enjoy a glass of wine that has been perfectly paired with your meal.</p>

<p><strong>Safety &amp; Precautions</strong></p><ul><li><p>At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.</p></li><li><p>For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.</p></li></ul>
